CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

PREQUALIFICATION

The amount the bank will approve will determine the land and how much house we can build.

Our preferred lender 1st signature lending will give us an approval within 5 business days after full application and documents.

DRAFT & DESIGN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

After prequalification approval:

We will sign the draft and design agreement to start designing the house. ($2 dollars per under roof sqft 4 to 5 weeks depending on you)

We will start sending you options for the lot In the area you are looking for.

Sign construction contract with full plans final price ($130-160 per under roof sqft average)

CLOSING

Once we secure the lot, the closing will take place in about 45 to 60 days.

With full plans, we can price the home and sign a construction contract. We have to submit full plans and approved budget to the lender.

COMPLETION AND CO.

After all final inspections and final walk thru we receive the Certificate  of Occupancy.

Once the home is completed, we will celebrate and give you the keys of your new home.

Your loan automatically changes to a regular 30-year loan.

CONSTRUCTION

It's to select your colors and options.

Custom homes take in average between 8 months to a year to complete.

Homes over 5000 sqft. could take up to 18 months.

PERMITTING

2-3 weeks to submit for permits.

 

Permitting can take between 3 and 6 weeks for approval.

Once we have permit approval, we can start construction.
